From the point of view of the royal terrain and the convenience of the route, we have developed 3 optimal programs for your cycling trip:
1.*Kintamani-Batur volcano area.
We take you to the starting point in the Kintamani area, where you get all the necessary equipment, Cycling in this area is a pleasure: the cleanest mountain air, cool and peaceful near the great volcano Batur. To refresh our strength, we will organize lunch in a restaurant with mesmerizing views of * the volcano and the volcano * Batur and Lake Batur – the crater of an ancient volcano. Then our way lies to the Ubud region – through traditional Balinese villages, where you can see with your own eyes, and not from the car window, the features and ways of life of the indigenous Balinese people. Here we will visit a traditional Balinese house and taste the famous drink of the paradise island – a fresh cocktail coconut.
At the end of the route in Ubud, we will take you to your hotel.
This route provides for a comfortable descent from a hill and is very convenient for bicycle excursions. We will take care of all organizational issues. You will only have to pedal and enjoy the beautiful scenery, Along the way, we will stop to take interesting pictures.
2.*Route through traditional Balinese villages
Through country roads surrounded by tropical vegetation, we will go to the famous village of Saree Sarang. Here we will look into the basics of the real life and culture of the indigenous Balinese people, get acquainted with many customs and traditions of the local population. Our route will continue along the emerald rice fields, where we will stop to take amazing photos.
Next, we will drive through the Sangeh Monkey Forest. This is a very picturesque place: giant nutmeg trees (up to 40 meters) grow here, which are not found anywhere else on the island. Among the dense greenery, as well as in the fabulous temple of Pura Bukit Sari, which is located in the center of the forest, there are families of curious monkeys, which we can watch, and if desired, feed.
The route will end in the vicinity of Ubud, where you will have lunch in a national restaurant, which offers stunning views. At the end of the route, we will take you to your hotel.
This is one of the unique cycling routes in Bali. In it, we combined not only acquaintance with the tropical flora and fauna of the island, but also with the traditional life of the Balinese people.
3.* Route through the famous Jatiluwih Rice Terraces
The program of this cycling tour allows you to see with your own eyes the Jatiluwih rice terraces – one of the most beautiful rice terraces in the world. In 2012, the Jatiluwih Rice Terraces were recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Our route passes along the foot of the southern slope of Mount Watukaru (850 meters above sea level). The climate of this place is unusually pleasant for cycling.
Along the way, you will be able to enjoy the views of indescribable beauty: emerald rice steps, the unique geometry of the curves of the fields. You will take away the famous irrigation system, which will provide moisture to 303 hectares of fields that grow Bali’s most expensive rice.
At the end of the route, we will have lunch at a restaurant with stunning views of the emerald fields.
