Visit to the Balinese Bird and Reptile Park. This is a real bird paradise: a picturesque habitat of more than a thousand exotic birds of all kinds. On a walk through the park you will meet pelicans and storks, variegated parrots, from small to giant, Balinese paradise birds, similar to variegated sparrows. The architecture of the park, built in the traditional Indonesian style, is also remarkable: carved gates and bridges, authentic stone statues adorn its entire territory. In the park, you can watch birds from the sidelines and even take pictures with particularly friendly ones. The reptile park is located nearby: crocodiles, iguanas, snakes and lizards of various species and colors live here.
Butterfly Park is located in the village of Batuan. In the Park, you will find yourself in the world of rare butterflies, striking in their beauty: they flog everywhere, landing on flowers, leaves of shrubs and even on the shoulders and palms of tourists. Many of them are almost tame: you will get the opportunity to take pictures with huge swallowtails, painted barongs, bright orange Vindula Erota and Helena with black and yellow contrasting wings.
On the way back, we will visit the monkey forest in the Ubud district, where the filming of the popular film Eat.Pray.Love* took place. You will be delighted to be in love with curious macaques in a beautiful rainforest that will delight the eye of any traveler with its lush vegetation and coolness. Don’t forget to grab bananas, a favorite treat of mischievous macaques. Here you can watch monkeys in their natural habitat, walking through a picturesque whipping, feed them, take a lot of interesting photos.
